SWS Athletics

Seattle World School does not host athletic teams. However, Seattle World School students are eligible to participate in sports at their attendance area school. To find your attendance area school, please use the Address Look Up tool.

Transportation for Athletics

Seattle World School will provide transportation to athletic events. Students may drive to games, matches, or meets ONLY when transportation IS NOT provided by the school. In such cases, the school and Seattle Public Schools are not liable for the actions of the driver. The student and family take full responsibility for the actions of the student driver.

Athletic Registration

We are using FinalForms for online athletic registration. If you previously had an account, you can log in and all your info will still be there!

If you have not created an account, please follow the instructions below. A parent/guardian must create their FinalForms account first, before the student is able to create their account.

How to Create a FinalForms Account

  1. Parents/guardians, go to the FinalForms website
  2. Type your name, date of birth, and email and then click register
  3. Check your email for a FinalForms email, and click confirm your account in the email text.
    • You will receive an email within 2 minutes prompting you to confirm and complete your registration. Remember to check your spam folder. If you still do not see the FinalForms email, please email support@finalforms.com.
  4. Create your new FinalForms password and click confirm account.
  5. Click register student for your first child. Add your student and their email.

Physical Participation Form

Physicals are valid for 24 consecutive months

  • The History document (Page 1) should be completed and remain with your provider
  • The Exam document (Page 2) should be completed and remain with your provider
  • The Medical Eligibility document (Page 3) should be the only item submitted to your school

Health Insurance

Student-athletes must have health insurance to play a sport. If not covered by a parent/guardian’s insurance plan, insurance can be purchased through SPS.

Digital Tickets for High School Games

SPS home games (matches played at SPS high schools) can be purchased online via SPS HomeTown Ticketing Box Office.

This includes all regular season games for football and basketball. It also includes post-season games for volleyball, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, baseball, soccer, softball (slowpitch and fastpitch), and track/field. Learn more about SPS Digital Athletic tickets.

Please note: tickets are posted under the HOST school (For example, West Seattle High School hosting Garfield High School would appear under West Seattle.)
